Previous to July 2004, the January and July ppublishing slots were used for issues of Moon Miners' REVIEW. MMR, differed from MMM in that it was intended to give editor and principal contributor Peter Kokh a twice a year break to recharge and refresh, by including primarily submissions from other sources. Beginning with the July 2004 publishing slot, we have scrapped the Review, which was printed in both hardcopy and pdf form. It had become necessary to counter rising printing costs to restrict hardcopy publication to the ten annual issues of Moon Miners' Manifesto. In place of the Moon Miners' Review issues, we have begun a new publishing venture, in pdf format only -- republishing the classic articles from the earlier years, one annual volume at a time, from December 1986 to three years shy of the current publication year.
